Position Details

Role: Pet Care Assistant Status: Full-time Salary: $16.00–$17.00 per hour Schedule: Three 7:00 AM–6:00 PM shifts and one 7:00 AM–1:00 PM or 12:00 PM–6:00 PM shift each week, including rotating Saturdays

What You'll Do

  • Provide compassionate daily care and comfort for hospitalized and boarding patients.
  • Feed, walk, and monitor pets while maintaining their safety and well-being.
  • Clean and sanitize kennels, treatment areas, exam rooms, and hospital equipment.
  • Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient restraint and routine procedures.
  • Prepare patient-care areas and keep supplies clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Support the medical team with daily hospital operations.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for patients, clients, and teammates.
  • Work collaboratively to help the hospital operate efficiently each day.
