Pest Control Technician (Service Route)
Location: Columbia / Jefferson City / Ozarks Region, Missouri
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our growing team in the Ozarks region. This is a full-time route position serving residential and commercial customers in Columbia, Jefferson City, and surrounding areas.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Base pay of $10/hour + commission
• Average earnings typically $23–$25 per hour with commission
• 7A License holders receive increased base pay (additional dollars per hour) or enhanced commission structure
• Company vehicle + gas card provided
• Steady Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
• Opportunity for growth and higher earnings as you build your route

Requirements:

• Willing to train the right candidate, but licensed and experienced technicians are prioritized
• Missouri 7A Pest Control License (strongly preferred)
• Previous pest control experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable, customer-service oriented, and able to work independently
