- The role involves assisting in vector control operations and supporting field activities to reduce the risk of vector-borne diseases.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in performing vector control operations such as fogging, larviciding, and setting traps.
- Support field surveys and data collection efforts.
- Operate and maintain vector control equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate reports and submit timely documentation of activities.
- Participate in training and development to become a fully licensed technician.
Requirements
- Valid NEA Provisional License for Vector Control Technician.
- Minimum GCE N’ Level qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in vector control work.
- Willingness to work in varied environments and with flexible schedules.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
