Salary: $2000 to $2500

• Reporting to Zone Manager
• Official Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm Sat 9am to 1pm
• Working Location: various parts of Singapore
• Performance Bonus: $150 monthly, $500 yearly and 1 Month Salary Yearly

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will exemplify integrity, responsibility, and a strong work ethic, prioritizing the companys interests while delivering exceptional pest management services. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, good discipline, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pest inspections at residential and commercial sites to identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment methods.
• Apply pest control solutions safely and effectively, following all safety regulations and company protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain pest issues, treatment plans, safety precautions, and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and services provided.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standards.
• Demonstrate responsibility by ensuring all tools, equipment, and chemicals are well-maintained and used properly.
• Practice discipline by adhering to schedules, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
• Uphold a positive attitude and professional demeanour, fostering trust and cooperation with clients and team members.
• Continuously update knowledge of pest control techniques, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pest control or related field preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Strong discipline and adherence to safety standards.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Certification or licensing as required by local regulations (if applicable).
