Responsável por monitorar, controlar e otimizar o processo de produção de energia com foco em segurança, eficiência e sustentabilidade. O trabalho envolve supervisionar a operação dos equipamentos, monitorar os níveis de produção e minimizar desperdícios. Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
Garantir a estabilidade e a otimização das variáveis da planta de processo, incluindo pressão, nível, temperatura e vazão, atuando em colaboração com as equipes de campo.
Operar a planta de processo de acordo com as especificações operacionais, assegurando a conformidade com os requisitos legais para descarte de água produzida e controle de emissões de CO₂.
Manter controle efetivo das Permissões de Trabalho (PTs) em andamento.
Controlar e gerenciar os sistemas de inibição (override) de segurança.
Monitorar os sistemas de detecção de incêndio e gás.
Identificar, registrar e reportar necessidades de manutenção dos sistemas de processo e segurança por meio do SAP.
Atuar em situações de emergência como integrante da Equipe de Resposta a Emergências (ERT).
Contribuir para os programas e iniciativas de sistemas de segurança da empresa.
Apoiar as equipes de Operações, Produção, Otimização e Gás (EPOG) sempre que necessário.

Formação técnica em Mecânica, Elétrica, Eletrônica, Química ou área equivalente, com registro ativo no respectivo conselho profissional.
Experiência mínima de 3 anos como CRO em plataformas de petróleo e gás, ou experiência mínima de 5 anos em refinarias ou plantas de processo contínuo. Experiência prévia em operações de FPSO no pré-sal será considerada um diferencial importante.
Fluência em português e nível intermediário de inglês.
Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de manutenção, preferencialmente SAP.
Domínio de ferramentas e sistemas informatizados de escritório.
Capacidade de identificar, compreender e gerenciar riscos operacionais.
Experiência na operação de sistemas Honeywell DCS será considerada um diferencial.
Atitude proativa, iniciativa para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e capacidade de atuar de forma autônoma quando necessário.
