Your role:

In this role, you will play an active part in bringing digital healthcare solutions to life for hospitals and clinical teams. You will combine clinical understanding, technology, and customer focus to support the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Siemens Healthineers’ Digital & Automation portfolio, helping customers translate their operational needs into practical and valuable digital workflows.

  • Act as a trusted functional partner for clinical users, hospital IT teams, project managers, implementation teams, technical specialists, and product experts.
  • Configure clinical applications, validate workflows, document functional findings, and help resolve incidents or gaps in close collaboration with technical and support teams.
  • Enable successful adoption through engaging end-user training, Train-the-Trainer sessions, knowledge transfer, and hands-on support during key project milestones.
  • Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, technologists, nursing teams, administrative users, hospital IT teams, and third-party vendors such as HIS, EMR/EHR, RIS, PACS, LIS, ERP, and VNA providers.

Your expertise:

You are a curious and customer-oriented professional who enjoys connecting clinical practice with digital innovation. You bring a background in medical imaging, biomedical engineering, health informatics, or a related field, and you are motivated by the opportunity to improve healthcare workflows through technology in real clinical environments.

  • Understanding hospital operations, patient flow, admission processes, diagnostic management, continuity of care, and digital clinical environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and systems such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE, HIS, EMR/EHR, RIS, PACS, LIS, and VNA is highly valued.
  • Ability to facilitate functional workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, design workflows, support change management, and document functional solutions.
  • Clear communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, continuous learning mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural project environments.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally and to support onsite activities in hospitals and healthcare institutions when required.
  • Fluent Portuguese, Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish skills.
