This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora ODI / ETL in Brazil.

In this role, you will support and evolve critical data integration environments responsible for ensuring operational stability and regulatory compliance in high-demand systems. You will work closely with production support and engineering teams to maintain ETL pipelines, troubleshoot complex incidents, and optimize data processing workflows in mission-critical environments. Accountabilities:

  • Support and maintain ETL pipelines and data processing workflows in critical production environments.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL routines, scripts, and database solutions within Oracle environments.
  • Perform troubleshooting, incident investigation, and root-cause analysis for production issues at N2 support level.
  • Monitor and ensure successful execution of batch processing workloads while meeting strict SLA requirements.
  • Analyze and implement data-related regulatory requirements, including financial and compliance-related demands.
  • Apply workaround solutions and improvements in legacy systems and monolithic data-centric architectures.
  • Work directly with Oracle Database environments, including query optimization, basic tuning, and data analysis activities.
  • Collaborate with multiple systems, vendors, and third-party software providers to support operational stability.
  • Participate in on-call rotation schedules to provide 24/7 support coverage for critical systems.
  • Requirements:

    • Solid experience with ETL processes, Oracle Database, and PL/SQL development.
    • Hands-on experience supporting critical production environments and troubleshooting legacy or monolithic systems.
    • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and data integration workflows.
    • Intermediate Java development knowledge.
    • Understanding of software quality practices and data reliability processes.
    • Familiarity with LGPD and data privacy regulations.
    • Availability to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation schedules.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in high-availability environments.
    • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
    • Experience with Clipper development, ITIL practices, or secure development principles is considered a plus.
