This is a high-impact senior engineering role focused on building modern, scalable digital experiences at the intersection of frontend, backend, data, and artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for translating complex platform capabilities into intuitive, user-centric products used by both technical and business profiles. The role requires strong product thinking, deep technical expertise, and the ability to navigate ambiguous challenges in a fast-evolving environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Data, and AI Engineering to shape end-to-end solutions. The environment is highly collaborative, innovation-driven, and oriented toward building robust, enterprise-grade platforms. Your work will directly influence usability, performance, and the overall evolution of AI-powered systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications that are scalable, secure, and high-performing, ensuring a seamless user experience across complex workflows.
• Build and evolve frontend interfaces for platform operations such as agent management, workflows, permissions, metrics, auditing, and integrations.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations connecting AI components, data platforms, and infrastructure layers.
• Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, auditing logs, and security controls to ensure enterprise-grade governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements, prototypes, and user journeys into production-ready features.
• Participate in architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems, considering scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Integrate observability, analytics, logging, and monitoring tools to ensure operational visibility and system reliability.
• Work closely with AI, Data, and Platform Engineering teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end product experiences.

Requirements:

This role requires strong experience as a fullstack engineer working with modern frontend and backend technologies. Candidates should have hands-on expertise in frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or equivalent, as well as backend development using Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, or similar technologies. A solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and service integration patterns is essential, along with experience in relational and non-relational databases. Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, web security, and access control (including RBAC) is required. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and version control is expected. The ideal profile demonstrates product thinking, attention to usability, performance, and code quality, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. Experience with cloud, containers, and observability tools is considered a plus, as well as exposure to AI-driven products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise systems.
