This role is focused on delivering high-impact SAP Order to Cash (OTC) solutions within complex and global environments, supporting end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes. You will act as a key functional expert in SAP SD, LE, and LE-TRA, contributing to implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and continuous improvements in SAP S/4HANA landscapes. The position plays a strategic role in ensuring that sales and logistics processes are efficiently designed, integrated, and aligned with both business requirements and Brazilian regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and global counterparts to ensure smooth delivery across all project phases. The environment is dynamic and international, requiring strong communication and problem-solving capabilities. Accountabilities:

• Act as functional consultant across SAP SD, LE, and LE-TRA modules, ensuring end-to-end OTC process excellence.
• Support implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Configure and customize SAP solutions (customizing/settings) aligned with business and localization requirements for Brazil.
• Participate in full project lifecycle activities, including blueprint, testing (unit, integration, and UAT), and go-live support.
• Provide support during hypercare and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring system reliability and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP/Basis) for SAP Notes implementation and system improvements.
• Work closely with business users and key stakeholders, delivering training and functional support.
• Identify process improvements in sales and logistics, ensuring alignment with best practices and global standards.
• Support integrations between SAP and external systems, including tax and logistics platforms.
• Act as a functional reference for OTC processes across global and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a functional SAP SD consultant in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP DRC and SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Transportation (LE-TRA).
• Proven participation in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments, including Rise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) processes within Supply Chain contexts.
• Experience with SAP integrations and external applications, including tax solutions (e.g., NFe, Sovos, OneSource, EasyWay).
• Knowledge of SAP Localization Brazil and related compliance requirements.
• Experience with testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and hypercare support.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory for interviews and global collaboration).
• Bachelor’s degree completed in a relevant field.
• Experience in manufacturing or global supply chain environments is a plus.
