This role plays a strategic part in ensuring operational excellence and commercial consistency across a network of franchised stores within a leading Brazilian specialized retail ecosystem. The professional will act as a key link between franchisees and central leadership, supporting execution, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, the position contributes directly to financial results, customer experience, and brand standardization. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and highly performance-oriented, requiring both analytical thinking and strong interpersonal skills. The consultant will also support field teams and franchise partners in implementing best practices and optimizing store outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Ensure compliance with operational, commercial, visual merchandising, and architectural standards defined by the franchisor.
  • Support franchisees in delivering high-quality customer experience and identifying improvement opportunities in store performance.
  • Analyze financial and operational indicators (including P&L/DRE) to propose action plans that improve profitability.
  • Monitor sales targets, diagnose performance gaps, and support corrective actions with franchise partners.
  • Drive implementation of campaigns, promotions, and point-of-sale activation strategies.
  • Act as a knowledge multiplier, supporting and developing sales teams through guidance and training recommendations.
  • Track market trends and competitor actions to inform strategic adjustments and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure execution of product, service, and process updates defined centrally.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in retail, franchising, or commercial consulting.
    • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, including P&L (DRE) interpretation and mathematical finance concepts.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Availability for frequent travel and on-site visits.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure in a results-driven environment.
    • Commercial mindset with a structured and process-oriented approach.
    • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
