Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior People Administration Analyst based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to join a People Administration team focused on one of the most critical stages of the employee lifecycle: offboarding.
You will help ensure that termination processes are accurate, legally compliant, and completed within all required deadlines.
The role combines operational execution, detailed analysis, documentation, and risk management.
You will work closely with managers, employees, Payroll, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and reliable processes.
Your attention to detail will directly contribute to the quality and governance of employment termination procedures.
The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
Fully remote, it is well suited to an organized and analytical professional looking to develop their career in People Administration.

Accountabilities

    • Execute and review end-to-end employee termination processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with internal procedures.
    • Perform termination calculations and validate amounts in accordance with Brazilian labor legislation and applicable regulations.
    • Ensure all legally required deadlines related to employee offboarding are met.
    • Prepare, review, organize, and maintain all documentation required for termination processes.
    • Act as a point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance and support on offboarding-related matters.
    • Conduct detailed analyses, audits, and validations to identify inconsistencies and help mitigate labor-related risks.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the integrity of information across People Administration systems and internal controls.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and operational standards.
    • Collaborate closely with Payroll, Legal, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and consistent execution of termination processes.
    • Requirements

      • Previous experience in People Administration/HR Administration, particularly with employee termination processes.
      • Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation, including the CLT and ancillary obligations related to employee offboarding.
      • Practical experience performing and reviewing termination calculations.
      • Knowledge of eSocial, FGTS Digital, Conectividade Social, and other processes and obligations related to People Administration.
      • Experience working with payroll systems and HR management tools.
      • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for controls, reconciliations, analysis, and data management.
      • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and perform thorough data validations.
      • Excellent organization and time management skills, particularly when working with legal deadlines, sensitive documentation, and multiple processes simultaneously.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and internal teams.
      • Knowledge of compliance, auditing, and internal controls is considered a plus.
