MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Manpower, Personnel, and Training Program (MPTP) Analyst to join our team in Stafford, VA.
The Manpower, Personnel, and Training Program (MPTP) Analyst will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Marine Corps in capability development objectives, to include creating MPTP Analysis Reports, navigating defense acquisition policies, and ensuring system programmatic documents meet USMC requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducting MPTP Analyses consistent with Marine Corps capability development objectives and developing comprehensive Analysis Reports.
Developing, refining, and staffing MPTP Plans while participating in Integrated Planning/Product Team meetings and collaborative events.
Collecting, assessing, and interpreting data in support of MPTP estimates and conducting thorough reviews of system programmatic documents.
Working with all stakeholders to ensure defense acquisition policies, instructional systems, and design processes meet DoD, DoN, and USMC directives.
Applying knowledge of MPTP tools including the Total Force Structure Process, Systems Approach to Training Handbook, and Determination Analysis Tools.
Maintaining and updating system documentation such as Critical Training Task Lists, Instructional Performance Requirements, and Initial Summary Reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting Marine Corps MPTP analytics. An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Significant experience navigating the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) and the Marine Corps Training Instructional Management System (MCTIMS).
Experience working across a large team to drive MPTP objectives and working with complex, intertwined systems and data flows.
Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex information technology documentation and formatting documents in Office 365 products.
Ability to travel up to 30% over the course of a year to support mission requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified professional with advanced knowledge of the Systems Approach to Training Handbook and MPTP Determination Analysis Tools.
Experience with the primary cyber risk and compliance automation tools relevant to USMC program environments.
Self-starter with excellent people skills - able to work across teams, organize meetings/boards, and drive change throughout an organization.
Clearance Requirements:
An active DoD Secret clearance is required for this position.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $89,100.00-$148,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
