Join us as a Personnel Scheduler and play a key role in supporting staffing operations within a fast-paced clinical environment. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, critical-thinking, and computer skills. What’s Available:
1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), full-time
Shift: Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 6am-5pm
Training Location: La Crosse, WI
Remote eligible after training (Must reside in WI, IA, or MN)
No weekends or holidays
What you will do:
Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage, skill mix, and patient care needs.
Partner with leaders to manage staffing plans, PTO requests, and budget-compliant schedules.
Support and troubleshoot scheduling, timecards, and employee inquiries.
Analyze and maintain staffing data using systems like Excel, while assisting with daily staffing adjustments as needed
What you need:
High school diploma or equivalency
2 years of experience in an administrative environment
Experience in a medical environment with personnel scheduling experience desired
Experience with UKG scheduling and timekeeping systems is a plus!
Organization, time management, or customer service
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
