Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by working with data, technology, and people? Do you enjoy transforming information into meaningful reports, presentations, and insights that help drive business decisions?

East Penn is seeking a Learning & Development Administrative Support professional to join our growing Learning & Development team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting employee development initiatives by managing training data, coordinating department activities, creating impactful visual reports, and helping ensure our workforce receives the training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Learning & Development team, you will help support and enhance training programs across the organization through data management, reporting, coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, collect notes, and prepare meeting minutes for Learning & Development initiatives and committees.
  • Learn and utilize multiple training and reporting systems to track and maintain employee training records.
  • Collect, compile, analyze, and visually present training data using charts, graphs, PowerPoint presentations, and other reporting tools.
  • Develop statistical reports showing training participation, knowledge growth, program progress, and training effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain training forms through established change request and approval processes.
  • Run training and attendance reports and maintain training databases and records.
  • Input training completions and corporate learning activities into company systems.
  • Support training reimbursement programs through application processing, documentation collection, tracking, and submission.
  • Monitor, scan, archive, and maintain training documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Manufacturing Skills Training initiatives, including documentation related to employee progression and pay administration.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other department initiatives.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for Learning & Development by helping deliver an exceptional learning experience for employees.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

  • 2-5 years of experience supporting a department, business process, administrative function, or related area.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Appreciation for the value and importance of employee training and development.

Skills & Competencies

Required

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to collect, validate, analyze, and present data accurately.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and employee relationship skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to create professional presentations, reports, charts, and visual representations of data.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
