Job Description

• Oversee all personnel and payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Manage employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Supervise the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and allowances.
• Ensure accurate calculation of social insurance contributions, taxes, and other statutory deductions.
• Manage employee attendance, leaves and personnel-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and review HR Operations reports for management.
• Lead and supervise the personnel and payroll team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in personnel and payroll operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience handling payroll processing, personnel administration, and labor law compliance.
• Proficiency in HRMS and payroll systems, preferably Menaitech.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.
• Experience managing employee contracts, personnel files, and payroll processing.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
