Part of the Shared Service Center team in Cluj-Napoca, ensure that organization and employee-related records are accurate, accessible and secure and in compliance with relevant privacy regulations, for specific regions and companies in Tenaris.

👤 Your Profile

• Educations: University (Economics, Business, HR, Economical Engineering)
• Language: English, Italian and Spanish is an advantage
• IT tools: Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SAP, DP Payroll, TRUE HR

🛠️ What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Provides support to the Human Resources area as required, for Personnel Administration processes, for the regions in scope
• Supports the hiring process and is responsible for the correctness and update of the employee’s information in HR Systems, based on the requests received from regional HR departments and ensures the confidentiality of the information
• Prepares the contracts / documents for the employees and other information requested by laws, in order to have a complete personnel file and the necessary information to be sent to the authorities
• Prepares personnel related reports / analysis, requested by the lines / HR regional areas
• Assist in administering benefits and gives support to Compensation, Organization and Benefits areas in order to ensure accurate information and actions are implemented on time in the HR systems
• Gives support to the areas in order to ensure that the time attendance is correctly registered in the systems
• Interacts with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
