Are you detail-oriented and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Personalization Machine Operator workig Monday - Friuday 6:00am - 2:00pm, to bring our customers’ orders to life! In this fast-paced role, you’ll follow a dynamic schedule to personalize and process plastic cards with precision, ensuring every order meets our high-quality standards.

Your day will be filled with hands-on operation of cutting-edge machines—printing, folding, and assembling materials for mailing. You’ll be the final touch before our products reach our valued customers, swapping out any subpar cards and guaranteeing perfection every time.

Pay ranges from $18.00–$23.51/hour, based on the role, level, and shift. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the department
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment
  • Understanding of quality processes and procedures
  • Safety conscious attitude with a good understanding of general safety requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Able to lift up to 45 lbs
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and reach and move about facility
  • Overtime may be required
  • Occasional travel, including international

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma; post-secondary education is preferred
  • Greater than 6 months experience in card personalization is highly preferred
  • Mathematical ability required
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast pace and demanding environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently or as a team member
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
