Turn Passion into Progress - Lead Trainers, Grow Careers and Help Members Change Their Lives.
As a Personal Training Manager at Goodlife Health Clubs, you’re the driving force behind a thriving PT community. Naturally target driven, you’ll recruit, mentor and develop a team of passionate Personal Trainers, helping them build successful businesses while guiding members toward stronger bodies, healthier minds and lasting lifestyle change.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll energise and coach your PT team to grow their client base, deliver outstanding coaching experiences and create real impact for every member they work with. Through clear direction, ongoing mentoring and genuine belief in your team, you’ll help trainers reach their potential while contributing to the club’s overall growth and momentum.
You’ll also bring national fitness initiatives to life inside your club, turning big ideas into meaningful experiences that benefit both trainers and members. Working closely with the club leadership team, you’ll help create a positive, high-performing environment where trainers can thrive, members feel supported, and success is shared.
