WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Recruit, hire, train, and level‑up your squad of Personal Trainers
• Drive PT revenue like a boss
• Turn leads into clients and clients into raving fans
• Keep clients coming back with killer service and real results
• Read reports, make moves, and course‑correct like a pro
• Oversee program design so every client gets the glow‑up they came for

WHAT YOU BRING

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree = bonus points
• CPR certified
• One or more of the following:
• Nationally accredited PT certification
• B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS

• 1–2 years as a Personal Trainer
• Management experience leading teams of 3–10 (retail/hospitality/fitness)
• Consultative sales experience — We can help people more when they say yes to coaching!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Move around the club like you own it
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, members, and guests
• Demonstrate exercises and proper technique
• Lift up to 50 lbs (aka: warm‑up weight)
