Personal Trainer – SMARTT Gym

Position: Personal Trainer

Location: SMARTT Gym Burgess Hill

Working Arrangement: Self-employed

We're looking for passionate and motivated Personal Trainers to join our team, build their own client base and become an active part of the SMARTT Gym community.

The SMARTT PT Model

We're doing things differently from the traditional gym PT model.

There is no PT rent at SMARTT Gym, instead:

• We ask our Personal Trainers to contribute to the gym community by coaching 3 classes per week (Times and dates to be discussed)
• Personal Trainers must have our Silver Smartt Gym Membership
• All PT Clients must own an active Smartt Gym Membership

This gives you the opportunity to build and grow your own personal training business within SMARTT Gym without the usual monthly rent associated with working from a gym.

Qualifications & Requirements

To become a Personal Trainer at SMARTT Gym, you must:

• Hold a recognised Level 3 Personal Training qualification
• Hold a current First Aid qualification
• Hold a valid public liability insurance policy suitable for working as a Personal Trainer
• Be able to provide evidence of your qualifications and insurance
• Hold an active SMARTT Silver Membership
• Be willing and able to coach 3 SMARTT Gym classes per week
• Ensure all your personal training clients hold an active SMARTT Gym membership

We're particularly interested in coaches who want to build something of their own while still being part of a team.
