A brand-new Snap Fitness Sheffield club is opening soon and we’re building a founding team of Personal Trainers who will shape the culture, standards, and member experience from the very start.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re building a team of passionate, professional coaches who want to make a real impact.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Represent a premium brand with energy and professionalism
• Bring expertise in areas such as strength training, fat loss, functional fitness, nutrition, mobility, or behaviour change
• Enjoy working in a supportive, community-focused environment
• Are driven to help clients achieve measurable, meaningful results
• Are approachable, personable, and relationship-focused
• Want to help shape the culture of a brand-new club

Requirements

Essential:

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (REPs or CIMSPA)
• Valid Public Liability Insurance

Desirable:

• Additional specialist certifications
• Experience with data-driven coaching tools (training provided)
• Background in premium or community-focused gyms
