Personal Trainer – Full-Time

What You Bring

• Accredited Personal Training Certification or a Bachelor's in Sports and Physical Education
• First Aid Certification
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Bonus: MMA, Boxing, Bodybuilding, Injury Rehab, Postnatal, or other specializations

What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized one-on-one sessions and track client progress
• Motivate clients to complete their sessions and hit their goals
• Manage bookings and schedule changes through our trainer app
• Plan sessions ahead and confirm timing with clients before each one
• Schedule feedback check-ins so clients see how far they've come
• Help clients get the most out of their training packages

Beyond the Sessions

• Join weekly team meetings and daily check-ins with your manager
• Support members on the floor and assist with sales and lead follow-up
• Keep training areas and equipment clean and organized
• Rep the brand in your Crunch trainer attire
