BODY20 Aggieland is hiring an energetic, dependable Fitness Coach to join our team!

Unlike traditional personal training positions, you'll work with an established membership base rather than spending your day trying to find your own clients.

We provide paid training and certification in our innovative EMS fitness technology — no previous EMS experience required!

You'll deliver personalized one-on-one workouts, build relationships with members, and help us expand into small-group fitness training.

We offer hourly compensation plus coaching incentives, a complimentary studio membership, and opportunities to develop your skills and advance into leadership.

Whether you're an experienced personal trainer or have a background in kinesiology, exercise science, athletics, or group fitness, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Lead engaging and effective one-on-one EMS personal training sessions.
• Help introduce and coach small-group fitness sessions.
• Motivate, encourage, and build lasting relationships with members.
• Guide members through fitness assessments and track their progress.
• Adapt workouts to different fitness levels, abilities, and goals.
• Provide an outstanding member experience that encourages retention.
• Support studio growth through positive member interactions and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, clean, professional, and welcoming training environment.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for fitness and helping people.
• An outgoing, positive personality and strong communication skills.
• Confidence coaching individuals and enthusiasm for leading small groups.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.
• A willingness to learn new technology and grow professionally.

Preferred, But Not Required:

• Personal training or group fitness experience.
• Personal Training certification.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in exercise science, kinesiology, athletics, or related fields.

We value the right personality, work ethic, and ability to connect with members as much as previous experience.

Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
