Position: Personal Trainer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and training sessions to the clients. You will work closely with individuals to help them achieve their fitness goals, while also promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals, fitness level, and any medical conditions
- Develop personalized training programs based on clients' needs and goals
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients
- Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their training programs
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the training area and equipment
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide the best training experience for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement personalized training programs
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
