Pay and Career Growth:

• $14/hour + commission on memberships you sell while you're on the floor building your schedule
• Keep 40% of every training session you book: a $100 session puts $40 in your pocket
• Sell $10 Success Sessions to new members and keep the full $10 every time, then turn them into training clients
• Free gym membership
• Paid training and a track to become a Lead Personal Trainer

What You Will Do:

• Work the gym floor, talk with members and sell memberships
• Book new members into free Success Sessions and turn them into training clients
• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs that align with clients' goals
• Provide coaching, motivation and instruction to ensure proper technique, safety and progress during sessions
• Track and evaluate client progress while offering feedback and adjustments to maximize results and keep clients engaged

Who You Are:

• Nationally accredited personal trainers are preferred. Students working toward a certification are welcome to apply.
• Outgoing, with a passion for fitness and helping others
• Comfortable selling memberships, Success Sessions and training packages
• Experience coaching women, beginners or people new to the gym is a big plus. Members choose their own trainer.
