We take time to understand each member’s goals, motivations, and challenges.

Using the Evolt360 body composition scanner, members gain clear, data-driven insights from day one.
3. Personal Trainer Matching
We connect members with the PT best suited to their goals and personality — creating genuine, high-quality introductions.
4. Integrated Training & Recovery
You’ll use Evolt360 data to guide programming and track progress. Members also have access to premium recovery options including compression boots, massage guns and hydromassage beds, enhancing your coaching offering.
5. Ongoing Progress Reviews
Regular check-ins, reassessments, and conversations keep members engaged, accountable, and invested in long-term coaching.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re building a team of passionate, professional coaches who want to make a real impact.

Bring expertise in areas such as strength training, fat loss, functional fitness, nutrition, mobility, or behaviour change

Requirements
Essential:
Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (REPs or CIMSPA)
Valid Public Liability Insurance
Desirable:
Class instructor certifications
Experience with data-driven coaching tools (training provided)
Background in premium or community-focused gyms
