Job Title: Stretch Therapy Specialist  Location: Corporate Health Club (Burbank Area)
Employment Type: Part-Time (Flexible Scheduling) About Us:
We are a private, corporate health club focused on delivering high-quality fitness, recovery, and wellness services to a professional membership base. Our goal is to support members through all pillars of health: fitness, nutrition, mobility and recovery.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Stretch Therapist or professional with Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), or similar assisted stretching certification. This role will support our members through one-on-one assisted stretch sessions designed to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall performance and recovery. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 assisted stretching sessions tailored to individual client needs
• Assess mobility limitations and develop personalized stretch plans
• Educate clients on proper movement, recovery, and injury prevention strategies
• 
  Join our training team for monthly special events
• Track client progress and provide ongoing recommendations

Qualifications:

• Certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) preferred, or similar modality (PNF, FRC, mobility training, etc.)
• Background in personal training, massage therapy, kinesiology, or related field strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement patterns
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to work with a diverse population in a corporate setting

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a fitness facility, physical therapy clinic, or wellness center
• Experience with corporate or time-restricted clientele
• Additional certifications (NASM, ACE, massage therapy license, etc.) are a plus
