As a Personal Trainer at our bust TotalFusion Lions Springfield Lakes facility, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored training programmes and motivational support. This Independent contractor position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the fitness industry, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalised training programmes for clients
• Provide guidance and support during training sessions to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Monitor client progress and adjust programmes as necessary to meet their goals
• Maintain a clean and organised training environment
• Promote a positive and encouraging atmosphere for clients
• Stay updated on fitness trends and techniques to enhance client experience

Qualifications:

• A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals
• Basic knowledge of exercise techniques and fitness principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in a fitness or customer service role is an advantage, but not essential
