Personal Trainer

Location: ARETE Gym, Tower Hill, London

Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Salary:

- Initial 3-month probation: 10hrs per week gym hours at £12.80 p/h + £25 per 1-2-1 PT Session, £22.50 per SGPT coaching session, £12.80 for gym inductions:

ARETE Gym is excited to announce our brand-new facility located near Tower Bridge Road in London. With a completely revamped gym and a state-of-the-art spa, we are building a dynamic team dedicated to fostering a vibrant fitness community. We believe in the power of education, innovation, and community engagement.

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Coach to join us in a unique mentor role designed to cultivate the future Head Coach of ARETE Gym. This position is perfect for candidates eager to expand their knowledge of our special coaching methodology, including SGPT (Small Group Personal Training), ONE-ON-ONE sessions, and gym classes, while actively engaging in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional coaching sessions, focusing on individual and group training programs.

- Participate in ongoing education and professional development through our 1-2 monthly workshops.

- Engage in community-building activities, including fitness challenges and member participation initiatives.

- Learn and master our unique coaching techniques and training protocols.

- Develop skills in programming for results, upselling, and sales strategies to enhance member experiences.

- Collaborate with the gym team to create a welcoming and motivating environment for our members.

Requirements:

- Proven knowledge and experience in exercise and fitness coaching.

- A desire to learn and adapt to our unique coaching style and community-focused approach.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members and teammates.

- A genuine passion for fitness and a commitment to living the fitness lifestyle.

- Interest in sales techniques and the ability to promote new programs and protocols.

- Flexibility to engage in various roles, including gym floor work and coaching sessions.
