As a Crunch Personal Trainer, you’re the ultimate fitness guru — the person clients trust, look up to, and come back for. You bring:

• Expert knowledge and fitness programming ability

• A commitment to safety + proper form, and excellent teaching skills

You tailor every workout to your client’s goals, keep sessions fun and effective, and make every member feel like they can conquer the world.

You’ll also promote our training programs through the CrunchOne Kickoff — and honestly, selling PT is easy when you know how life‑changing it is.

🏋️‍♂️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Help clients reach their goals through personalized fitness programs
• Coach members on resistance training, cardio, general nutrition, and product recommendations
• Deliver unforgettable sessions that keep clients coming back
• Meet/exceed monthly expectations for sessions, PT revenue, and product sales
• Contribute to club success with energy, professionalism, and passion

🎓 EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• Nationally Accredited CPT or Degree in Kinesiology
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current CPR certification

⭐ EXPERIENCE

• Personal training experience preferred — but if you’re certified, passionate, and coachable, we’ll help you shine

🏋️ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrate exercises + proper technique
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Move around the club with confidence and energy

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
