We’re a global healthcare leader trusted by millions and committed to helping people to live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. Healthcare is changing, and so are we. We’re investing in more clinics, better systems and smarter, more connected ways to help our customers. As we continue to expand our services and invest in innovation, you’ll help create a healthcare system that meets people where they are, responds to what they need and leaves them better than before. Here, your work has purpose, your voice matters and your future is full of possibility. Just imagine the impact you could make.
The purpose of the role
As a Personal Team Assistant within Risk, you will support three senior members of the Risk Leadership Team, acting as a trusted partner to keep their day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll play a central role in coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings, finance administration, travel, Sydney risk event coordination and team recruitment and onboarding administration.
You’ll also support the senior leaders by preparing presentations, spreadsheets and documents, minutes and leaning in to assist the Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer, Bupa APAC where required. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll be the ‘go-to’ for administrative support, helping to drive efficiency, maintain high standards, and create a seamless working environment for senior leaders and their teams.
This role is offered as permanent, hybrid (2-3 days WFO) and based at Bupa's Sydney CBD offices, when you aren’t working from home.
Why you’ll love it?
We support our people to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. From providing initiatives that develop careers to looking after our people’s health, wellbeing and futures. Through the Viva Healthier and Happier program, we’re providing health benefits for everyone who works at Bupa, no matter their role.
