ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Personal Shopping & Stylist Program Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Fall '26 Semester. This role will report to the Manager, Private Client and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This internship is unpaid and for college credit only.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support outreach and communication with VIP clients, stylists, and industry partners.
  • Support the creation of personalized client edits by researching client preferences, purchase history, and seasonal collections.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, database management, and logistics coordination.
  • Assist with client outreach and follow-up communications, helping maintain strong relationships and an elevated client experience.
  • Track inventory movement, transfers, and product requests to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
  • Provide operational support for in-store events, VIP appointments, and special shopping experiences while gaining exposure to luxury clienteling best practices.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, events, client relations, and experiential marketing.
  • Keen interest for fashion and eagerness to immerse themselves in the industry.

Education/Experience:

  • Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in event planning, client relations, or styling is preferred.
