Personal recepción administrativo con inglés (H/M/D) CON DISCAPACIDAD / INCAPACIDAD

Localización Calle Severo Ochoa, 28230 Las Rozas de Madrid, Madrid.

Funciones

  • Recepción de visitas y nuevos empleados, gestión de aparcamientos y reservas de salas, petición de trasporte, reserva de restaurantes, gestión de mensajería y correo, etc.
  • Gestión de llamadas.
  • Búsqueda y homologación de proveedores, petición de presupuestos, recepción de facturas, tramitación de las mismas para su pago, etc.
  • Soporte en la gestión de eventos: Montaje de salas, petición y montaje de catering, preparación de material requerido para el evento, etc.
  • Apoyo administrativo a todas las áreas de la organización (People, Marketing, Homologaciones, Compras, etc.)

Se ofrece:

  • Jornada parcial de 36h/semana.
  • Horario: L a J 8:00 a 17:00h y V 08:00-15:00 H.
  • Contrato: Eventual 6 meses + Indefinido.
  • Salario según convenio 1111,81 € brutos/mes en 14 pagas + plus de inglés.
  • Fecha de incorporación: 31/08/2026

Se requiere:

  • Certificado de discapacidad / incapacidad.
  • Formación: Bachillerato o nivel de formación equivalente, valorándose titulaciones superiores.
  • Inglés nivel mínimo B2, valorándose niveles superiores.
  • Perfil resolutivo, con alta capacidad de organización y atención al cliente.
  • Proactividad, dinamismo y actitud colaborativa.
  • Buena presencia.
  • Buen nivel cultural.
