We provide our clients with solutions to all their insurance needs ranging from home and motor insurance, to complex commercial business packages. Personal Lines New Business Administrator

We are seeking to recruit a new business administrator for our personal lines team in our Dublin office. The role will consist of providing administration support to our Personal Lines new business team on car, home & van insurance. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Back office administrative support to the New Business Team for car, home & van insurance
• Dealing with customer queries and delivering excellent Customer Service
• Ensuring all data input to the highest quality standard
• Making files fully compliant in line with CPC guidelines

Qualifications

• CIP, APA Personal General or grandfathered qualification would be an advantage but we will accept trainees

Skills/Knowledge

• RELAY system an advantage
• Persuasion and influencing skills.
• Customer retention skills

Experience Required

• 2+ years insurance experience in a brokerage would be an advantage
• Be committed to provide a high level of service to customers & potential customers
