Entry level positions provides support to the Personal Lines team by assisting with administrative tasks, client communication and policy servicing under the guidance of licensed professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and courteous support to Personal Lines clients.
• Facilitate endorsements, renewals and cancellations under licensed staff supervision.
• Manage client data and ensure accurate records in the agency management system.
• Communicate with carriers for inquiries and follow ups.
• Support Account Managers.
• Attend and participate in internal training and professional development activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-based, service oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Licensing

Must obtain a P&C license within 30 days of employment.

Education

• High School diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,000 to $91,300.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
