Job Description

• Juris Degree required.
• Bi-lingual a plus
• Must be in good standing with the California Bar Association
• At least 5-8 years’ experience in Personal Injury litigation and a thorough knowledge of the California Discovery Act, including all aspects of discovery and law and motion, is required
• Working knowledge of Personal Injury laws and procedures
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Able to function with a high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy in handling negative or challenging situations
• Familiar with case management software, Microsoft Word Suite, Adobe Pro, and other legal technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications i.e., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to details
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and utilize critical thinking skills
• Computer savvy
• Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Dependable, great attitude and team player
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
