Personal Injury Supervising Attorney

Department: Case Management

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: California

Compensation: $130,000 - $230,000 / year

We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Newport Beach and are seeking a Supervising Attorney to join our team! The ideal candidate is self-motivated who thrives in an independent work environment and can handle a significant caseload.

As an Attorney in our Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.
  • Provide informative and compassionate client service.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
  • Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
  • Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with CA Bar Association.
  • Minimum 2-years of prior experience in personal injury (pay dependent on experience).
  • Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
  • Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
  • In-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
