Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

About Us:

We're seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, strong litigation skills, and a minimum of 3 years of legal experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting complaints, responding to discovery, and arguing motions.
• Prepare concise memoranda with recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues on policy implementation and process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing options, strategies, and solutions.

Requirements:

• Law degree from an A.B.A. accredited school with excellent academic credentials.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• Strong persuasive writing and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in summarizing records, drafting briefs, and conducting depositions.
• Familiarity with California Law and a valid California State Bar number.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year.

Schedule:

• Full-time position with an 8-hour shift.

Location:

• In-person work in Glendale, CA 91210. Relocation required.
