Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and interpreting trial documents
• Preparing and filing pleadings and motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Preparing and responding to discovery requests
• Communicating with clients
• Evaluating the merits of the case
• Negotiating settlements

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in litigation practice
• Expertise in law and motion practice, oral argument, hearings, mediation, and arbitration
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
• Proven litigation skills
• Proven performance and success in the courtroom
• Compassion and empathy
• Enthusiasm and determination to succeed.
