Personal Injury Lawyer – Workers’ Compensation & CTP

As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated Lawyer with at least 3 year’s experience in workers’ compensation law to help manage caseload.

Our team provides comprehensive workers’ compensation services, handling claims from lodgment through to resolution, as well as related matters like motor vehicle accidents, public liability, and medical negligence.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to develop your expertise in workers’ compensation law within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will work closely with experienced lawyers and Partners on a variety of Workers’ Compensation cases, contributing to positive outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own personal injury files in workers’ compensation and CTP claims from lodgment to resolution
• Conducting legal research related to relevant legislation and case law
• Preparing case files, reviews, and documentation for hearings and negotiations
• Advocating for clients in court proceedings, conciliation conferences, and hearings
• Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
• Supporting the team in managing increasing caseloads efficiently and proactively
• Maintaining a results-driven, positive attitude with a focus on achieving client outcomes within deadlines

Who We Are Looking For

• Admitted as a lawyer with a minimum of 3+ years’ hands-on experience managing personal injury files in workers’ compensation and CTP
• Solid litigation and court advocacy experience
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, case law, and legal processes
• Excellent communication, people skills, and advocacy abilities
• Proactive, results-oriented, and deadline-driven with a 'can-do' positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
