Join a firm that’s shaped personal injury law for over a century. Thompsons Solicitors—leaders in social justice and trailblazers in landmark case law—is seeking an experienced Lawyer to strengthen our high‑performing London PI team.
You’ll run a rewarding and challenging caseload of intermediate‑track accident claims for clients who’ve suffered serious injuries across employer’s liability, occupier’s liability and RTA matters. You’ll also occasionally handle more complex cases, including product liability, sports injuries and animal‑related claims, with values up to £1m.
From first client meeting to trial, you’ll manage files independently, applying strong litigation strategy, a detailed understanding of costs, and technical expertise across intermediate and occasional multi‑track work. Your work will deliver justice for injured people and hold negligent parties to account.
You’re a qualified lawyer with 2+ years’ PQE and proven experience running intermediate or multi‑track cases from start to finish.
You’re confident managing a busy caseload, drafting persuasive legal arguments, and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. You work well in a collaborative team environment and contribute positively to marketing and business development.
