Personal Injury Lawyer - Join a Leading National Law Firm

Longton Compensation Lawyers is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Lawyer with a minimum of 3+ years PQE to join our growing personal injury team in Chatswood, NSW. You will take ownership of a varied caseload. including medical negligence, public liability and motor vehicle accident claims. You will work closely with senior lawyers and Partners on high-quality cases and contribute to achieving positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury files in negligence, public liability and;
• Obtain instructions, request contemporaneous clinical records, prepare chronologies, obtain expert medical opinion, prepare briefs to counseland documentation for hearings and negotiations

Who We Are Looking For

• Admitted lawyer with minimum 3+ years PQE in personal injury field or litigation.
• Litigation and Court advocacy experience
• An ability to communicate with experts
• An eye for detail.
• Critical thinking in evaluating expert medical opinion
• Managing client expectations
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and legal processes
• Excellent communication, client service, and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience
• Clear and concise writing skills.
