The Role

Block LLP is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with at least 2+ years of plaintiff-side experience to manage a caseload from pre-litigation through litigation as needed.

This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable handling cases independently, values efficiency, and is focused on achieving strong outcomes for clients.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience (required)
• Experience handling cases in pre-litigation; litigation experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Handle pre-litigation cases including demand packages, negotiations, and settlements
• Litigate cases as needed, including filing complaints, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Evaluate case value, liability, and damages
• Work closely with support staff and leadership to move cases efficiently
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation

• $125,000-$200,000 DOE
