Personal Health Customer Analytics Lead
We are looking for a highly strategic and data-driven Customer Analytics Lead to lead Philips Personal Health's customer analytics agenda globally. This role will be responsible for transforming customer data into actionable commercial insights, driving AI-powered analytics, and building the next generation of customer intelligence capabilities. The role sits within the Commercial Analytics organization and owns the end-to-end customer analytics ecosystem, including customer point-of-sale (POS) data, retailer analytics platforms, customer performance measurement, and AI-driven decision support tools. This is a leadership role requiring a blend of analytics expertise, commercial acumen, data strategy, stakeholder management, and AI innovation.
Define and execute the Personal Health Customer Analytics strategy globally.
Establish a unified vision for customer data, analytics, AI, and insights across all regions and business units.
Partner with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, RGM, Finance, and Digital teams to drive customer-centric decision making.
Lead a global team of analytics professionals and external partners.
Own the customer analytics data ecosystem, including:
Sell-out and POS data
Customer inventory and stock data
Assortment and distribution metrics
Digital shelf and e-commerce performance data
Basket and shopper behavior data
Customer profitability and commercial performance data
Drive integration of customer data into a centralized analytics environment.
Establish data governance, quality, and standardization processes.
Own and continuously evolve Philips customer analytics platforms, including:
Retailer Sell-out Dashboard (RSD)
CO-PAD (Customer Performance Analytics Dashboard)
Customer One
Top Customer Performance Reporting
Customer Scorecards and Performance Tracking Solutions
Define product roadmaps and drive user adoption globally.
Ensure analytics solutions deliver measurable business impact.
Lead the application of AI, Machine Learning, and GenAI within customer analytics.
Build AI-powered customer intelligence capabilities that:
Identify growth opportunities
Explain customer performance drivers
Predict risks and opportunities
Generate automated insights and recommendations
Support scenario planning and forecasting
Develop customer-focused AI agents and copilots leveraging Philips commercial data assets.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for customer teams and leadership.
Lead deep-dive analyses on:
Customer performance
Market share drivers
Distribution and assortment opportunities
Promotion effectiveness
E-commerce growth opportunities
Customer profitability
Support Joint Business Planning and customer growth strategies through analytics and insights.
Act as the primary analytics partner to senior commercial leadership.
Influence decisions across regions, business units, and customer teams.
Communicate complex analytics findings in a simple and compelling way to executive audiences.
10+ years of experience in Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management, Customer Insights, Data Science, or related fields.
Strong experience working with customer, retailer, POS, e-commerce, or commercial datasets.
Experience leading global teams and complex analytics programs.
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, Consumer Electronics, Retail, E-commerce, or Consulting environments is preferred.
Strong expertise in:
SQL

Power BI
Databricks
Azure Data Platforms
Hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, and GenAI applications.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, driver analytics, and commercial performance measurement.
Experience building scalable analytics products and data solutions.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders globally.
