
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe and efficient transportation for executives to and from meetings, appointments, events, and other engagements.
Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and respect when handling executive passengers.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fueled, and serviced regularly.
Plan routes, anticipate traffic delays, and ensure timely arrival at all destinations.
Maintain proper records of vehicle mileage, servicing, and fuel consumption.
Assist executives with loading/unloading items or handling luggage when required.
Communicate professionally with C-suite executives and adapt to their schedules and preferences.
Monitor and comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and organizational policies.
Remain on-call during working hours and adjust to flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if required.
