Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Providing medication reminders
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Working in clients’ homes with a variety of shifts available

Caregiver Requirements

We’re looking for Caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a positive impact.

• HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required — we pay for your training
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Honest, energetic, and caring attitude
• Passion for helping others as a professional Caregiver
