Looking for a Full Time Bilingual Receptionist in San Antonio, TX at Pride PHC Services

Full- Time Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm

Pay Rate is $15.00 -$16.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to proper personnel.
• Greet individuals who visit office with friendliness and professionalism.
• Maintain a positive and inviting demeanor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Dress in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance.
• Ensure delivery of incoming messages to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain a log of office staff that are IN/OUT of the office, as to minimize confusion when directing phone calls.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding client and employee/provider personal information.
• Be able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with employees, consumers, providers, and other individuals who may call or come to office.
• Be a good listener while being courteous and respectful of all individuals that may be communicated with during the regular course of business.
• Assist other departments with the processing of payroll or other documents when directed.
• Participate in staff and in-service meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Administrator or DON.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have previous experience in Home Health Office (Personal Care and Medicaid experience preferred)
• Computer Literate- Proficient in Microsoft Office Program applications
• Experience with PAS timekeeping is a plus
• Vesta EMR experience is a plus
• Fluent Bilingual (English and Spanish)
