The Role
We have an exciting and fast-paced opportunity to join the Infinite Operations team, in our beautiful Mt Lofty Care home: Aged Care Toowoomba - Mount Lofty Nursing Home | Infinite Care where your customer service and administration skills will make a real difference in the daily experience of our residents and their visiting families. You’ll be part of a supportive team environment, helping create a welcoming, organised, and caring home for everyone who walks through our doors.
In this role, you’ll work closely with a variety of key people including the General Manager, nursing and care teams, allied health professionals, residents, and their families. You’ll provide timely, professional, and confidential administrative support, helping ensure everything runs smoothly while meeting company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
This is a permanent full-time position, reporting directly to our General Manager, working Monday to Friday - hours 9am to 5pm.
