COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE:
- This position earns a competitive hourly rate of $17.10/hr
- Full-Time, 40 hours a week
- Day services run from 8 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday. Shifts will vary between those hours. Two Saturdays per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Personal Care Lead, you are responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of personal care services to participants within our facility. This role involves providing direct care and support to individuals while also managing a team of Day Service associates, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a high standard of care. Complete all required documentation in a timely manner. Activities include daily updates in communication books and electronic documentation system, ensuring that other written documentation meets Aptiv standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED
- Experience working with adults with disabilities.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to provide leadership.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Medication Certification, or ability to be trained to be Medication Certified within 1 month of hire
- Ability to work a flexible schedule..
- Access to reliable non-public transportation with required insurance coverage.
PREFERRED
- Three or more years of experience in a human service field of an associate's degree or other post-high school graduation coursework and one year of experience in a human service field.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
- Knowledge of proactive behavioral approaches.
- Previous direct or related experience.
- Experience with scheduling.
- Past supervisory experience.
