About The Role

We're building a talent pool of Personal Care Workers for future Home Care opportunities in the Rosebud area.

Whether you're currently completing your Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care, or looking to transition from residential aged care into in-home support, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll provide personalised support to help clients remain independent in their own homes and community. Duties may include:

• Personal care
• Domestic assistance
• Mobility support
• Social companionship

You'll travel up to 30 minutes to support clients in Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Blairgowrie, Red Hill, Dromana, and Safety Beach. If you're passionate about making a difference and delivering quality care, we encourage you to apply.

About You

You have a compassionate spirit and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of others. You also have;

• Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or other relevant Personal Care qualification)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
• Victorian Driver Licence AND your own reliable transport in an insured vehicle
• CPR & First Aid Certificates
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
